POCONO TOWNSHIP — A man held police at bay for a few hours early Sunday morning in Monroe County. Officers say they were called to a home in the Laurel Lake Development near Bartonsville for a domestic disturbance. A woman told officers she was assaulted by John Daley, 39. When police tried to get Daley to come out, he refused. Officers arrested Daley around 6:30 in the morning. He’s facing kidnapping, assault and other charges in Monroe County.![]()
